    What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, including:

    • Account information (name, email address)
    • Driving activity data, including driving logs, driving time, distance, and session duration
    • Precise location and route data recorded during driving sessions
    • Drive Readiness Score™ results and parent/guardian evaluations
    • Device and usage information associated with your account
    • Parent/guardian access links between accounts

If you registered with Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the associated Apple authentication tokens as part of deletion.

    What data may be kept

    • Backups: Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited time. They are not used for any other purpose and are securely deleted on our normal backup cycle.
    • Legal requirements: We may keep certain information for a limited period if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
    • De-identified data: We may keep de-identified and aggregated statistics (for example, overall driving-practice trends) that can no longer reasonably be associated with you or any individual.

    Linked teen and parent/guardian accounts

    • If a teen deletes their account, linked parents/guardians will no longer be able to view that teen's driving logs, scores, or progress.
    • If a parent/guardian deletes their account, their access to the teen's data ends. The teen's driving logs stay in the teen's account.
